What is collected
- Page views across the portfolio and project pages, plus selected outbound-link clicks.
- Approximate country, broad device type, referral hostname and campaign tags.
- A random, tab-only session identifier used for aggregate session counts.
What is not stored
- The analytics database stores no IP addresses, names, emails, full browsing URLs or full user-agent strings.
- No cross-site tracking profiles or advertising audiences are created.
Legacy coaching interest records
A separate legacy coaching page previously accepted interest registrations. Those records can include first name, email, chosen goal, broad location, package preference, campaign source, enquiry status, and the date and wording of consent. No medical history, body measurements or progress photos were requested.
Those records remain separate from anonymous analytics and expire after 180 days during normal cleanup. To withdraw consent, correct details or request deletion, email enquiries@yashkhou.com from the address used to register.
Legacy newsletter records
If you previously joined the newsletter, the site stores the email address, consent time and wording, signup source, and subscription status in Cloudflare D1. Newsletter records remain separate from analytics.
Retention and controls
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Raw analytics events older than 90 days are removed during normal site activity. The hosting provider may transiently process standard request data to deliver and protect the site.
